AWARD December 2020 Company Recognition and Appreciation Award 2020 – “pride in the way he has motivated us to be better people”	Awarded in recognition of the role and impact made by Jonathan by showing leadership and creating a ‘safe place’ forum within the company that allowed dialogue and reconciliation around the difficult topics of racism and unconscious bias within the company and wider society.
AWARD July 2021   Winner – Most Inspiring/Committed Mentee | Inspired by Mentoring Awards | Mission INCLUDE Programme 2020-21	Winner from amongst 400+ Mentee participants on the Mission INCLUDE global cross-company, cross-sector mentoring programme.    Jonathan was nominated by the Senior VP and Chief Operating Officer of a USA based global financial investment company in recognition of his impact on this senior executive and authenticity he brought to the dialogue on race, diversity, and inclusion issues.    Jonathan won the award from amongst nominations evaluated by an independent board comprised of representatives from Google, Mission Include and other organizations.
RECOGNITION May 2021   Special mention – role in defining Zero Tolerance statement on racism and discrimination and role in development of ground-breaking Anti-Racism Training module.	Jonathan along with 2 other Advisory Board members helped develop a policy definition for Zero Tolerance on racism and discrimination that was subsequently adopted across the Group and applied in all relevant HR policies. He was also recognised alongside 5 others for their contributions to the development of an innovative training module on Racism in the workplace used across the Group.
ACHIEVEMENT 2020/21   Designed and introduced a listening event forum that enabled bold inclusive dialogue that has been recognized as a key driver of positive culture change within the RE/CAPITA business.
RECOGNITION October 2021   Shortlisted – Ace Initiative Award, CAPITA Black Employee Network awards. For brilliance and creativity in promoting Diversity and Inclusion.
